Residential Services and Advocacy: The Woman's Advocate assists residents to increase their independence through improved access to safety and to legal, medical, Non-Residential Services and Advocacy: This program is designed to provide safety, services, and advocacy to women who choose to come into shelter. Legal Advocacy: The Legal Advocacy provides information about legal options, assistance in obtaining temporary protective orders (TPO); assistance with filing victim's compensation; court accompaniment; and liaison with and referrals to appropriate legal, law enforcement and criminal justice professionals. |
