24 Hour Hot Line: NE GA Council on Domestic Violence maintains a staffed crisis line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Collect calls are accepted. Options and information are presented to callers along with emotional support, safety assessment and planning, resource information, referrals, and personal advocacy to legal, medical, housing, education, and other social services.

     24 Hour Emergency Shelter: Heart Haven is a state certified family violence shelter, staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year,available for women and dependent children who are in danger and have no safe place to go. Residents are provided food, medical attention, emergency medical supplies, personal care items, and clothing as needed.
